IndiBlaze has opened its new outlet in the plush area of Jubilee Hills. It has an array of dishes on its menu that are crafted to be healthy and tasty as well. While many people say ‘Healthy food is not tasty and tasty food is not healthy’, IndiBlaze makes a good attempt to prove this wrong. This outlet at Jubilee Hills has a cool ambiance, spacious and decorated well with vibrant colors.

I was impressed by their customized meal, wherein I get an option to chose EdiBowl – This bowl is edible and made of corn, and fill the bowl with my choice of fillings. The fillings included Corriander Butte rice, Mixed grain himalayan black bean, Kashmiri rajmi, sauted vegetables, peri peri potatoes, iceberg lettuce, different variants of salsa, cheese and other sauces. Spicy food lovers can chose to add Sriracha (medium spicy) sauce or Jolokia(extremely spicy) sauces. Jolokia sauce is made of chillies that are grown in north eastern parts of India.

IndiBlaze has a customized version of pizza which is named Indipizza, it is more like a quesadilla but with more fillings. Priced at Rs240, it comes in the variants of Grilled chicken, Hot chicken, Sheek Kebab, Hot Paneer, Grilled Mushroom and served along with salsa & mustard sauce.

Kebab Bowls for protein lovers has 6 pieces of either Chicken Tikka or Chicken Malai Kebab or Paneer Tikka. All of these are served very hot & spicy. Tikka Bowls comprise of six pieces of Chicken or Paneer, served along with salad, rice & kidney beans.

The grilled chicken wraps, loaded aptly with chicken, salads, sauces are good; and savouring them along with crispy hot chicken tenders is amazing.

I was surprised to see biryani on the menu. I tasted the paneer & chicken biryanis and found the rice to be dry. With most of the Hyderabadis being used to the dum style of biryani, there would be lot of expectations on this dish. There is a scope for improvement for the biryani especially the chicken biryani; It did have a good flavor but the rice & chicken pieces have to be soft.
